Very similar to TG-34 equipment except UGH-1 reads perforated Wheatstone paper tape instead of inked tape. UGH-1 speed selection uses different sizes of capstan.

Speed 3 to 30 wpm
AN/UGH-1 is same as Trainer, Telegraphic Code Device 8M3A

Fathom magazine - 1969 - AN/UGH-1 Shock Hazard 
THE AN/UGH-1 Reproducer Set, a telegraphic training device manufactured by ECCO Electronics Components Corp., poses a serious potential shock hazard. The power cord plug supplied with the unit can be inserted into the receptacle socket in any one of three positions, two of which place line voltage to the case of the equipment through the ground terminal. This device is on the allowance of SSNs, SSBNs, and most submarine tenders.
